How often should my pet be groomed ?

We recommend all pets be groomed every 6 weeks or sooner. Your groomer can set up a grooming schedule for your pet to help keep them clean and tangle free.

Do you offer multiple pet discounts ?

We do not offer multiple pet discount for grooming and bathing.

Puppy Package base on size and type of coat)

Sometimes puppies need a clean-up before it is of the recommended age to begin grooming. Even though your puppy might not be mature enough to get groomed, we can still keep them fresh, clean and looking great with the puppy package. The puppy package is recommended for puppies of any breed up to 6 months old and includes:

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

“No-Show, reschedules and Cancellation Policy: To provide the best service to all our clients and their pets, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a no-show or failure to provide adequate notice, a fee of $35 will be charged.   I have known Sophie for many years. We worked together for several of those. She has groomed my standard poodles many times and has some of the finest scissoring skills I have ever seen. Her technical abilities as a groomer and dog handler exceed most stylists. She is calm, gentle and focused. Not only has she done an excellent job when she has groomed my dogs, she has helped guide me in learning how to do it myself. I do not TRUST anyone else with clippers or scissors to come near my poodles. Sophie is AMAZING and any dog owner should consider her for their lifelong groomer! Just ask her regular clients, they will follow her wherever she goes, and for a reason!
